Survey Manager - Transparent Path to Directorship

This established surveying consultancy has built a strong reputation delivering large-scale land subdivision projects for both private and public sector clients. With a strong project pipeline and long-term growth plans, the business is seeking an experienced Survey Manager to lead operations and help shape the next chapter of the company's success.

Reporting directly to the Directors, you'll take ownership of project delivery across major land development projects while leading survey teams, managing resources, overseeing budgets and maintaining key client relationships.

This is a highly autonomous position suited to someone who enjoys balancing technical delivery with leadership and commercial responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the delivery of major subdivision and land development projects.
- Lead and mentor office and field survey teams.
- Oversee project budgets, costings and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with developers, consultants and key stakeholders.




- Drive operational efficiency and contribute to business growth initiatives.
