The Chance

We are currently looking for a Project Manager located in our Kurri Kurri office to oversee large-scale projects, ensuring delivery within time, cost, and quality metrics. You’ll play a pivotal role in project planning, execution, and close-out, driving excellence and building strong client relationships.

What You’ll Do

- Plan: Create detailed Project Execution Plans, manage risks, and optimize designs.
- Facilitate: Act as the primary client contact, ensure contract compliance, and drive quality outcomes.
- Control & Report: Track budgets, costs,



and schedules while ensuring accurate invoicing.
- Close-Out: Complete timely reviews, secure certificates, and archive documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements for better project outcomes.

What You'll Bring

- A degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management and PMP accreditation
- Underground Mining Background, with Longwall experience.
- 5+ years managing $2M+ projects highly regarded, ideally in Longwall Mining.
- Expertise in ERP systems (Pronto preferred), MS Office, MS Project, and SharePoint.
- Strong leadership, financial, and problem-solving skills.
