About the Company

Our client is a privately owned residential construction company specialising in residenital communities across Queensland and NSW. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering quality homes, fostering long-term client relationships and providing a cooperative team environment.

Currently an opportunity exists for a Building Supervisor / Site Manager to join them on a key project based in Forster. Responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure the smooth delivery of the project
- Coordinating and managing trades, subcontractors, suppliers and materials
- Managing construction programs, schedules and project milestones
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality control and WHS compliance
- Ensuring construction timelines,



budgets and project expectations are consistently met
- Proactively identifying and resolving site issues to keep the project on track

Skills and Experience

We're looking for candidates that can demonstrate the following

- Minimum 3 years experience Supervising or Site Management in volume residential construction
- Site Management experience on a multiresidential project highly regarded
- Exceptional communication, organisation and time management skills
- Safety and quality focused
