CONTENT CREATOR | Paid Social, UGC & Affiliate Marketing

Salary: $90K to $110K + Super

Are you a content creator who knows the difference between content that looks good and content that actually drives sales?

We’re looking for a creative, performance-minded Content Creator to join a growing Australian retail brand, taking ownership of paid and organic social content across Meta and Tik Tok, while helping build a solid affiliate community and pipeline of user-generated content (UGC).

If you love testing new creative angles, spotting trends and turning scroll-stopping content into results, this could be the role for you!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

- Create high-performing paid social content for Meta and Tik Tok, developing hooks, scripts and creative angles that drive engagement and conversions.
- Concept, film and edit short-form video for paid and organic campaigns
- Test and optimise creative by reviewing performance metrics, identifying what works and applying insights to future content.




- Manage the affiliate program day to day
- Own the organic social calendar , planning content around product launches, campaigns and key trading periods.
- Bring content to life by combining creator assets, studio photography and video

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- 3+ years' experience in content creation, social media or creator marketing
- A strong understanding of paid social creative and what makes content convert.
- Hands-on video editing skills using Cap Cut, Edits or similar
- Experience using Canva to create engaging social assets.
- An understanding of Meta and Tik Tok performance metrics , creative testing and content optimisation.
- Experience with affiliate or influencer platforms
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and Pinterest business tools.
