Wearecurrentlyhiringforoneourclientbasedin Australia,we’relookingforahighlyorganised,systems-driven Operations VAtoworkdirectlywiththeCEOofthecompanyandcoordinatetheoperationalengineoftheiraccountingpractice.

Thisrolesitsfirmlywithintheaccountingdomain. Youmustunderstand Australianbookkeepingandmanagementaccountingfundamentals. However,thisisnotastandaloneclientaccountantrole.

Yourfocuswillbe:

- Operationalexecution
- Workflowcoordination
- Systemmanagement
- Capacityoversight

Thisisanindependentcontributorroleforsomeonewhothrivesinstructuredenvironments,respectssystems,andknowshowtoimproveefficiencywithoutdisruptingoperationalstability.

Key Responsibilities

- Organise,assign,track,andmonitortasksthrough Click Up.
- Monitorteamcapacityandensureworkisdeliveredaccordingtoclientagreementsanddeadlines.
- Maintainorganiseddocumentationandfilingsystemswithin Google Workspace.
- AssisttheCEOwithoperationalplanning,prioritisation,summaries,andinternalinitiatives.
- Trackactionitemsandensuretasksarefollowedthroughandcompleted.




- Conductpreliminaryqualitychecksonreconciliations,coding,andworkpapers.
- Monitorscopeadherenceandflaganyout-of-scopework.
- Assistwithtrackingagedreceivablesandotherinternaloperationalmatters.
- Stepinandsupporthands-onwhenneededtokeepimportantdeadlinesontrack.
- Supporttheonboardingofnewteammembersintocompanytoolsandworkflows.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Backgroundinoperations,practicemanagement,adminVAorexecutivesupportwithinanaccountingfirm
- Strongunderstandingof Australianbookkeepingfundamentals(GST,BAS,payroll,super,month-end)
- Hands-onexperiencewith Click Up(dashboards,workflows,templates)
- Experiencewith Xero,Quick Books Onlineand/orMYOB
- Systems-orientedmindsetwithrespectforexistingframeworks
- Abilitytooperateindependentlywithoutclosesupervision
