Lighthouse Founders' Fund (L2F) is China's first AI-focused founders' fund, concentrating on ultra-early-stage investment in AI+ and frontier technology, with a primary focus on the seed and angel stages. The fund operates as a dual-currency fund (USD and RMB): approximately USD 80 million has been raised for its first USD fund, alongside about RMB 300 million in its RMB fund. Its LP base comprises 32 top entrepreneurs and industry leaders, with additional support from government capital.

As the fund continues to grow and multiple LPs have expressed interest in follow-on commitments, L2F is expanding its fundraising team and now recruiting a USD Fundraising Director / Senior Director.

- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the USD fund's fundraising strategy and timeline; lead the drafting and updating of fundraising materials (PPM, Q&A;, DDQ, etc.) to drive fundraising targets;
- Manage and expand the USD LP network (sovereign funds, funds of funds, university endowments, family offices, and entrepreneur LPs) across China, the US, the Middle East, Europe, Singapore, Japan, and Korea;
- Organize LP communication mechanisms, including periodic investor reports, LP meetings, and key project updates, continuously conveying the fund strategy and investment progress to LPs;
- Collaborate with the fund management team and the investment team to drive the full process of key LPs' due diligence, signing, and capital calls;
- Monitor the global primary-market fundraising setting and institutional capital flows to inform the fund's fundraising strategy.




- Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in USD fund fundraising or investor relations at mainstream USD funds (VC/PE), with end-to-end participation in fund or dedicated USD fundraising;
- An accessible network of USD LP relationships and a track record of verifiable fundraising outcomes;
- Familiarity with the investment logic of the primary market and the AI and frontier-tech sectors, with the ability to clearly articulate fund positioning and strategy to sophisticated institutional LPs;
- English as a working language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Bachelor's degree or above; degrees from top domestic or overseas institutions preferred;
- Highly self-driven and results-oriented, with strong resilience and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fundraising for early-stage funds, founders' funds, or dedicated funds;
- An entrepreneur or industry resource network, or cross-border fundraising experience;
- Experience organizing LP meetings or building investor relations systems.
