We’re looking for a commercially minded Key Account Manager to join DHL Global Forwarding and take ownership of a portfolio of strategic customers.

Based in Matraville, Sydney, you’ll report to the Manager of Key Accounts.

This is a relationship-focused role where you’ll work closely with customers to understand their business, identify new opportunities and strengthen long-term partnerships. You’ll also collaborate across Sales, Operations and Product teams to turn customer needs into practical solutions and deliver sustainable growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer relationships
- Identify new business and revenue opportunities within existing accounts
- Drive customer retention, contract renewals and profitable growth
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Lead regular customer meetings and business reviews




- Work closely with internal teams to deliver the right solutions for customers
- Keep customer and prospect information up to date within the CRM
- Deliver against growth, profitability and customer satisfaction objectives
