About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our growing Perth team, managing a portfolio of properties and supporting the continued development of our Facilities Management division.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing building operations, facilities and service contracts
- Coordinating contractors, inspections and compliance
- Responding to incidents and emergency works
- Monitoring building systems and energy efficiency
- Ensuring works meet WHS requirements

About You
You’ll bring:

- 5+ years’ Facilities Management experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of Australian Standards, Building Codes and WHS legislation
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills




- A proactive and self-motivated approach
