BHP invites students to join the 2027 Intern Program for a 10–12 week hands-on experience at one of our operational sites. You will learn from graduates, technical specialists and fellow interns while building skills and connections that support your career paths.

Working arrangements vary by location, with FIFO or local options. Interns gain exposure to the scale of the resources sector and may join our Graduate Program after completion.
