We are seeking a warm and professional Reception team member to join Kelserv pty Ltd on a casual basis with weekend availability essential. This is a pivotal front-of-house role that will form the first impression for our clients, visitors and stakeholders. As our Reception professional, you will be the welcoming face of our organisation, managing enquiries, coordinating schedules and ensuring smooth daily operations. This casual position is based in Bateau Bay NSW 2261 with 20 to 30hours per week (weekends are essential) .

What you'll be doing

Greeting visitors, clients and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor upon arrival

Answering and directing telephone calls to the appropriate departments or team members

Managing reception desk duties, including data entry and administrative support tasks

Maintaining the reception area to ensure it is clean, tidy and welcoming at all times

Providing general information about the company and its services to visitors and callers

Supporting the administrative team with filing, photocopying and other office duties as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a reception, booking systems or customer-facing role is highly desirable

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,



with clear pronunciation and professional telephone manner

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail when managing multiple tasks

Proficiency with general office software, including Microsoft Office and email systems

Professional appearance and a positive, patient attitude towards all interactions

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
