Project Managers plan and manage the delivery of projects.

Key duties and responsibilities The Specified Personnel will be responsible for providing the following deliverables including but not limited to:

Managing project activities across highly complex ICT projects using established project management methodologies with experience working in Pega Platform Project Delivery Management.

Developing high standard project documentation as specified by the department’s methodology within set timeframes.

In consultation with a broad range of stakeholders (both business and technical), proactively identifying delivery risks, issues, mitigation strategies and dependencies and managing them through to conclusion.

Acting as the coordination and escalation point for project streams in relation to potential ICT delivery issues and risks especially where there are the potential for business impact(s).

Developing positive team ethos within the immediate work group through positive participation and communication.

Developing and maintaining solid effective working relationships with key management personnel and internal client base.

Providing strategic planning and roadmaps to support section, branch and ICT priorities.
