Your New Opportunity A full time opportunity has opened up for a highly organised and detail-oriented Configuration Support Officer to join our Defence Programmes Group (DPG). Based in Kings Park, NSW, you will play a key role in supporting configuration and technical processes across multiple contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Responsibilities Will Include

- Liaising with branches to obtain and validate Objective Quality Evidence (OQE).
- Populating and maintaining relevant systems (Windchill, Excel) with configuration data and documentation.
- Supporting internal departments on workflow and status of configuration activities.
- Assisting with technical data management to ensure contract requirements are met.
- Coordinating across departments to meet customer and internal expectations.
- Providing general support to the Defence Programmes Group as required.

About You

- Experience in data analysis and entry, or knowledge of configuration management processes.
- Previous experience with Windchill an advantage (not essential).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to process information logically and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer focus.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a growing team environment.
- Able to achieve and maintain Defence Department Security Clearance (Australian citizenship required); dual citizenship may impact suitability due to ITAR/EAR regulations.
