The Gradi Group Cocktail Bartender Gradi Norwood is looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our Front of House team on The Parade. With warmer evenings, summer dining and the busy festive season ahead, we’re looking for someone who already knows their way around a professional bar and can step confidently into a busy restaurant environment. This is not an entry-level bartending role.

We’re looking for someone with genuine hospitality experience who can prepare quality cocktails, manage multiple orders during service and provide warm, professional guest service. About the Role: As part of the Gradi Norwood bar team, you’ll prepare cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and other beverages while supporting the wider Front of House operation. You’ll work across busy restaurant services, keep the bar organised and service-ready, and help create the welcoming Italian hospitality experience Gradi is known for. This is a Casual position , with shifts offered based on operational requirements and your availability. Strong Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability is important as we head into the busiest part of the hospitality year. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve cocktails consistently and efficiently Serve wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages Provide confident recommendations to guests Maintain strong knowledge of the beverage menu Manage multiple drink orders during busy service Complete bar setup, preparation and restocking Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented bar Process orders accurately through the POS Work closely with the restaurant and wider Front of House team Follow Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements at all times About You: We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running behind the bar . You’ll ideally bring: Minimum 2 years’ professional bartending experience in a busy restaurant,



cocktail bar or similar hospitality environment Strong cocktail preparation skills Positive knowledge of spirits, wine and beer Confidence working independently during busy services Strong organisation and attention to detail Professional and engaging guest service Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure Reliable and team-focused approach Availability across Friday, Saturday and Sunday, including evenings Current South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification South Australian Responsible Person accreditation is highly regarded but is not essential.
