Maxwell Recruitment & Training are seeking a permanent workshop leading hand to join a facility in the Mayfield area. This is a great opportunity to work within a well established workshop.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for looking after a small crew of fabricators and installers, completing various tasks on the tools, assisting with quoting, estimating, ordering parts, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

- MIG welding, steel welding, and aluminium welding.
- Fabrication.
- Working on balustrating, fencing, and gates.
- Delegating jobs.
- Liaising with clients.
- Quality assurance.

Whats on Offer:

- Day shift.
- $50-$60/hr commensurate on skill and experience

What We're Looking For:

- Trade Qualified Boilermakers
- Experience as a leading hand or supervisor.
- MIG, Steel, and Aluminium welding experience.
- Solid commitment to workplace safety.
- Strong communication skills.
