The Coles Group is seeking a Store Leader to take full accountability for the day-to-day running of the grocery department (non-fresh) in-store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, control costs and manage rosters.

You will ensure Coles’ merchandising standards, safety compliance and stock management while keeping customers at the heart of everything you do.
