Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences?

At Morris Homes, you will help customers through one of the biggest decisions of their lives while representing a respected housebuilder known for quality and craftsmanship.

The Role

- Create an outstanding first impression and build strong relationships with customers in person, by telephone and by email
- Develop expert knowledge of our developments and house types
- Understand the local property market, competitors and what makes Morris Homes different
- Guide customers through show homes and demonstrate the quality and benefits of a Morris home
- Support customers through the reservation and home buying journey
- Follow up enquiries and convert opportunities into successful sales
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
- Work closely with Site Management to ensure an excellent customer experience




- Attend development marketing and promotional events
- Liaise with estate agents, solicitors, mortgage providers and other stakeholders
- Maintain sales offices, show homes and stock properties to the highest standards

The Person

- Experienced Sales Advisor with a proven track record
- Professional, confident and customer-focused
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently and within a team

Qualifications & Experience

- Previous experience with a national, local or independent housebuilder
- Positive IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Current full UK driving licence
