About the Company

Our client is a leading hotel in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. Privately owned with a family feel, they pride themselves on creating a welcoming environment where hard work, commitment and initiative are recognised and rewarded.

They are now looking for an energetic and reliable Night Shift Supervisor to lead the team overnight, oversee venue operations and ensure a positive experience for customers.

About You

Do you have previous experience in hospitality, ideally within a hotel or gaming venue?

Do you hold a valid NSW RSA and RCG?

Do you have experience supervising staff and overseeing venue operations independently?

Do you have experience with TAB, KENO and gaming systems?

Are you confident using POS systems and handling customer transactions?

Can you manage customer queries and resolve issues professionally?

Are you reliable, well-presented and able to take initiative?

Are you available to work weekday night shifts?

What You Will Need to Succeed





You will have previous hospitality experience and the confidence to oversee the venue independently during night shift.You will be responsible for supporting and supervising the team, maintaining excellent customer service standards and ensuring the venue operates smoothly throughout the night.

You will be adaptable, organised and able to prioritise competing tasks while handling customer enquiries and resolving issues as they arise. Solid communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to work independently are essential.

A valid NSW RSA and RCG are required, with experience in TAB, KENO, gaming and POS systems highly regarded.

Level 5: $39.13 per hour, inclusive of 25% casual loading, plus any applicable penalty rates.
