Fantastic opportunities are now available for skilled and enthusiastic Chefs and Cooks to join our friendly, hardworking kitchen team at The Beachmere Hotel.

We are looking fortalented, passionate and dedicated staff as our Chefs & Cooks are a vital part of our Restaurant’s success.

To be considered for these exciting positions, you must possess the following:

- Excellent technical knowledge with experience in all cooking techniques and styles
- Experience leading staff during service
- Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
- Excellent organisational skills & grooming standards
- Understanding of and the ability to maintain food safety standards and HACCP
- You will have a valid working visa / residency – this is essential to this role. We do not consider short-term applicants.

- Flexible availability of a 7 day/night roster
