Are you an experienced Architecture leader with a strong background in Finance, ERP platforms and enterprise transformation?
We are seeking a Lead Domain Architect - Finance to provide strategic architecture leadership across a large, complex enterprise environment. This role will suit a senior architect who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, technology transformation and executive stakeholder engagement.
Working across multiple programs and initiatives, you will shape the future-state architecture, influence technology investment decisions and ensure solutions align with long-term organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the Finance domain architecture, target state and strategic roadmap.
- Provide architectural leadership and guidance across major business and technology initiatives.
- Drive alignment between enterprise strategy, business priorities and technology investments.
- Establish architecture principles, standards, governance frameworks and reusable patterns.
- Review solution designs and provide architecture assurance across multiple delivery streams.
- Analyse complex business and technology challenges and develop strategic recommendations.
- Identify risks, dependencies, opportunities for reuse and cross-domain impacts.
- Support architecture governance forums and senior decision-making bodies.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, solution architects, delivery teams and business stakeholders.




- Mentor architects and technical specialists while building architecture capability across the organisation.

About You

You are a senior architecture qualified with extensive experience delivering architecture outcomes within complex enterprise environments.

Essential Experience

- 8+ years designing and delivering complex Finance and/or ERP solutions.
- Experience operating as a Lead, Principal, Domain or Enterprise Architect within large-scale organisations.
- Strong ability to translate business strategy and organisational objectives into architecture roadmaps and technology direction.
- Extensive experience developing architecture frameworks, governance processes, standards and design patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex architectural challenges and influence strategic decision-making.
- Strong understanding of financial management processes, compliance requirements, enterprise platforms and modern technology ecosystems.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence executives, technical leaders and delivery teams.
- Experience working within large government or highly regulated environments.
