Ferocia, the digital division of Bendigo Bank, is seeking a Delivery Lead in Melbourne to optimise flow across cross-functional teams and resolve ambiguity in complex projects. You will act as a delivery catalyst, removing friction and ensuring alignment between business requirements, technical feasibility and customer experience.

You will coordinate with engineers, product managers and stakeholders, bridging gaps and adapting delivery approaches to fit project needs.
