Metro South Health Service in Brisbane is seeking an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Worker - Identified to deliver culturally protected primary healthcare to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their families.

The role focuses on health assessments, immunisations, health education, building community partnerships, and supporting referrals within scope of practice. You will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to continuous service improvement.
