G2 Group Construction Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Foreman-Supervisor to join our construction team on a full-time basis. This is a strategic leadership position based at our Airport West, VIC location, where you will take charge of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. As Site Foreman-Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind site productivity, quality standards and team coordination, making this role integral to the success of our construction projects and the reputation of G2 Group Construction Pty Ltd.

Key responsibilities

- Supervising and coordinating all site activities to ensure work is completed in accordance with project specifications, timelines and budget allocations
- Managing and motivating construction teams, including tradespeople and labourers, to maintain productivity and adherence to safety standards
- Conducting regular site inspections to monitor work quality, identify potential issues and implement corrective actions promptly
- Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations, including conducting toolbox talks and maintaining comprehensive safety records
- Liaising with project managers, clients and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and resolve site-related challenges
- Managing site resources including materials, equipment and personnel scheduling to optimise efficiency
- Maintaining accurate site documentation including daily logs, progress reports and safety records
- Identifying and implementing site improvements to enhance productivity and worker safety
- Coordinating induction and training of site personnel in company policies and project-specific requirements
- Reporting on site progress, potential delays and cost implications to project management

What we're looking for

- Proven experience working as a site foreman or supervisor in the construction industry, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery
- Strong knowledge of construction methods,



materials and best practices relevant to residential, industrial and/or commercial projects
- In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations, including WHS Act compliance and incident reporting procedures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop construction teams
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications and technical drawings
- Strong organisational and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Relevant construction qualifications or certifications, such as a Certificate IV in Building and Construction Supervision or equivalent trade qualification
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required
- Knowledge of construction scheduling software and MS Office applications is advantageous
