Our Toowoomba-based client is a leading third‑party logistics provider that enjoys an unparalleled reputation from having set the benchmark in its industry for more than 30 years.

Integral to the ongoing growth and development of the organisation, the opportunity now exists for an experienced Manager to lead and manage the safe, efficient and accurate operations of a major warehousing site and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and goodwill.

Reporting to the General Manager, in this newly created role you will take responsibility for:

- safety, compliance and maintenance
- practical team leadership, development and workforce management
- daily operational excellence across the site
- inventory control and technology
- budgeting and cost control
- management system development and maintenance
- related monitoring, evaluation, reporting and improvement

Senior supervisory experience within a fast‑paced environment (e.g.



warehousing, FMCG, retail or industrial wholesale), robust interpersonal skills, proven leadership and problem‑solving ability, demonstrated ability to take accountability for operational outcomes, proficiency with MS Office and a prominent ERP or Warehouse Management System, and a current Driver’s License are required.

Relevant formal qualifications, demonstrated understanding of warehousing and logistics, and experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma or 5S floor optimisation programmes would be well regarded.
