About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Training, you will be responsible for delivering profitable sales growth, developing franchise capability and supporting operational excellence across your state.

You’ll work closely with Salon Owners, Therapists, Business Managers, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care and our National Training Team to build commercially successful salons that consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This is a highly autonomous role suited to someone who enjoys coaching, influencing and leading through relationships.

Regular travel throughout your allocated territory (WA/SA) is required.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Commercial Performance





Deliver monthly retail and wholesale sales budgets

Develop annual, quarterly and monthly territory business plans

Drive retail productivity, treatment performance and average transaction value

Identify business risks and implement recovery strategies

Improve customer acquisition, retention and frequency

Execute successful promotional campaigns and product launches

Manage salon inventory in line with company stock models

Support implementation of company systems and strategic initiatives

Develop High-Performing Salons

Coach Salon Owners to improve profitability

Conduct Alignment Reviews and implement improvement plans

Identify and support at-risk salons

Drive compliance with Ella Baché operating standards

Support franchise transfers and new business activities

Ensure consistent execution of brand standards

Lead Education & Capability

Deliver engaging education programs and workshops

Coach therapists in consultation, retailing and treatment planning

Facilitate onboarding for new franchisees and therapists

Deliver face-to-face and virtual education

Support LMS learning pathways and postgraduate education

Develop therapist capability through coaching and mentoring

Partner with Marketing on educational initiatives where required

Support Business Growth

Assist with new salon openings

Partner with the Business Development team

Support recruitment and onboarding of new franchise partners

Identify growth opportunities across your territory

About You

You are an energetic and commercially minded leader at least 5 years' experience in the beauty therapy industry, who enjoys building capability and achieving results through people.

You are equally comfortable analysing business performance, facilitating workshops, coaching salon owners and influencing stakeholders.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoy helping businesses succeed.
