Group Marketing Manager – Multi-Venue Hospitality

Lead marketing across multiple Gradi Group hospitality brands and venues, owning the campaign calendar, CRM strategy and commercial marketing activity to drive measurable growth.

Gradi Group is an established hospitality group with a diverse portfolio spanning restaurants, hospitality venues, food production, wholesale and online channels.

With multiple brands, venues and customer touchpoints across the Group, we are looking for an experienced Group Marketing Manager to bring structure, consistency and commercial focus to how we plan, deliver and measure our marketing.

About the Role

This is a senior, hands‑on marketing role with responsibility for the Group marketing calendar, campaigns, CRM activity, budget and performance reporting.

Working closely with senior leadership and venue teams, you will turn commercial priorities into well‑planned marketing activity across multiple brands and locations.

We are looking for someone who has already managed marketing across multiple venues, locations or consumer brands and understands how to balance brand development with measurable commercial outcomes.

This is not primarily a graphic design, social media or single‑channel digital marketing role.
You will help set the direction for these functions, coordinate their delivery and ensure they support the wider marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the Group marketing calendar across venues, brands and business channels

- Develop and deliver campaigns around clear commercial objectives and key trading periods

- Plan seasonal promotions, venue launches, local‑area marketing, events and brand activations





- Partner with venue managers and leadership to increase bookings, visitation, customer frequency and revenue

- Own and develop CRM, database and email marketing, including segmentation and customer retention activity

- Brief and direct designers, photographers, videographers, agencies and content creators

- Guide social media, digital, content and creative activity while maintaining consistent brand standards

- Support paid campaigns with appropriate offers, assets, landing pages and tracking

- Monitor marketing budgets and campaign performance

- Use booking, CRM, website and campaign data to understand what should be continued, improved or stopped

- Support marketing across Gradi’s restaurant, wholesale, product and online channels

About You

You are an experienced marketer who is comfortable taking ownership across multiple brands, venues and priorities.

You will ideally bring:

- 5+ years’ marketing experience with demonstrated responsibility for strategy, campaigns and delivery

- Proven experience managing marketing across multiple venues, locations, brands or business units

- Experience within hospitality, restaurants, food, FMCG, retail, events or another multi‑site consumer business

- Demonstrated campaign ownership from commercial objective through to measurable result

- Strong experience with CRM, database and email marketing

- Experience with platforms such as SevenRooms, Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar

- Confidence interpreting performance data across Meta, Google Analytics, CRM and booking systems

- Experience managing marketing budgets and competing priorities

- Experience briefing and directing creative partners rather than only producing marketing assets yourself

- Strong planning, stakeholder management and commercial judgement<
