Southern Rural Water is seeking a dedicated Senior Assessment Officer to join the Customer Experience team on a fixed-term basis until January 2027. You will assess licensing applications, including complex cases, and support the Team Leader by improving processes and ensuring consistent, timely decisions.

As a senior member, you will review recommendations from Assessment Officers, provide guidance, and escalate when needed.
