Casual Duty Manager for Southwest Sydney Pubs

We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Supervisor/Duty Manager ready to take the next step in their career. This venue operates under the Don Hodge Group/Hodge Hotels banner, joining an established portfolio of venues across Sydney, Newcastle, and regional NSW. This role will see you support the established teams at our Chipping Norton and East Hills Hotels.

This role is perfect for someone who wants flexibility, you may be studying or have commitments weekly. Some weeks you might be available for 30 hours, others you'll see out a full 38-40 hour week. Although advertised as casual, if the candidate's circumstances change in the future, we are happy to consider putting you on as full time.

What We're Looking For





Candidates must have had exposure to management or supervisory tasks in a pub or large hospitality environment

Leadership and communication skills, be able to run a shift confidently

A people-first attitude - you lead from the front and support your team when on shift

RSA, RCG and TAB compliance certificates (required)
