Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Community Registered Nurse for permanent full-time work at Hornsby Centre. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate community nursing care in patient homes or clinics, collaborating with individuals and the broader health team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Applicants must be a Division 1 RN registered with AHPRA, hold a NSW driver's licence, and demonstrate robust clinical judgment, documentation and time management in a community setting.
