Altius in Sydney seeks an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor to lead return-to-work case management for injured workers under WorkCover. You will deliver holistic support through initial needs assessments, functional capacity evaluations, and workplace and vocational assessments.

The role involves providing vocational counselling, facilitating interventions, and coordinating wellbeing programs, training, and upskilling.
