Elite Projex is an established Australian exhibition design and construction company delivering custom exhibition stands for leading brands across Australia.

We're looking for an exceptional, proactive and highly organised Project & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative and enjoys seeing projects through from concept to completion.

The Role

- Manage client enquiries, project briefs and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate designers, proposals, quotations and project costings.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, builders and production partners.
- Oversee artwork, graphics, approvals, organiser submissions and project deadlines.
- Coordinate projects from initial brief through to exhibition delivery.
- Maintain project schedules, documentation and CRM systems.
- Assist with marketing activities and attend occasional interstate exhibitions.

About You





- Experience in exhibitions, events, signage, display or a related creative production industry is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organisation, communication and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, resourceful and confident taking ownership of projects.
- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage competing deadlines and solve problems independently.
- Comfortable with Microsoft 365, project management systems and Adobe applications.
