The Opportunity

Every day, people contact Entry Education because they’re interested in starting or advancing their careers in real estate.

Your job is simple: help them take that next step.

You’ll speak with people who have already expressed an interest in our courses, answer their questions, understand their goals and confidently guide them towards the right qualification.

Some people know exactly what they need. Others are considering a career change and need a little guidance, reassurance or encouragement to get started.

You’ll be there to make the process easy, enjoyable and straightforward.

This is a busy, fast-paced role where the days fly by. If you love talking to people, enjoy staying productive and take pride in helping others, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responding to a steady flow of inbound phone and online enquiries.

Helping people explore their real estate career and qualification options.

Providing explicit, friendly and confident advice about our courses.

Recommending the most suitable qualifications based on each person’s goals.





Guiding prospective students through the enrolment process.

Following up with people who need additional information or encouragement.

Working as part of a supportive team to deliver a fantastic student experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re not necessarily looking for someone with real estate or education experience. We’ll teach you everything you need to know

We’re looking for someone who:

Is naturally friendly, confident and enjoys talking to people.

Has excellent communication skills and can build rapport easily.

Enjoys being busy and working in a rapid-paced environment.

Can confidently provide advice and help people make decisions.

Is organised, reliable and takes pride in getting things done.

Has a positive attitude, strong work ethic and enjoys being part of a team.

Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration or other people-focused roles would be highly regarded.
