Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to drive daily store operations and lead a 20+ solid team in a high-volume specialty area. You’ll oversee service, stock, merchandising and safety, reporting to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager, while delivering the Best Experience to customers.

In this role you’ll roster teams, coach colleagues, monitor KPIs, and partner with Merchandising and Health & Safety teams to ensure standards and exceptional customer outcomes across weekends and
