Commonwealth Bank's x15 venture invites an AI Delivery & Enablement Manager to lead protected, effective AI adoption across the organisation. You will turn AI tooling strategy into practical delivery, partner with CBA teams, and drive pilots, rollout, and sustained use across Core Tech and Ventures.

You'll own delivery plans with security, risk, and governance embedded from the start, coordinating with the Senior Manager Operations & AI Enablement and reporting to the Head of Workplace.
