Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Team Leader to drive a luxury member experience across in office club properties in Melbourne. You will lead two Member Experience Specialists, coach the team, and partner with the Head of Retention to deliver white-glove service.
You will spend regular time on site at the clubs, manage calls, provide reporting, and ensure discreet handling of member information. The role is full-time, 38 hours weekly, with shifts 11:00 to 19:00 and a base on Chapel Street, South
