Youth Pastor / Youth Ministry Leader | Full-Time

We’re looking for someone who gets young people and gets excited about what God can do through them

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop Youth Ministry at the Twin Rivers Church, build on an existing team of passionate volunteers and create a space where young people feel connected, valued and excited to belong.

The role combines 3 days of Youth Ministry with 2 days working across other areas of Twin Rivers Centre, offering the opportunity to contribute your skills and strengths to our wider church and community.

THE ROLE:

- Help shape the vision and direction of Youth Ministry.
- Plan engaging Friday youth nights, events and discipleship opportunities.
- Build genuine relationships with young people and their families.
- Mentor, encourage and equip volunteers and emerging leaders.
- Oversee Youth Ministry planning, administration and child safety requirements.

WHO WE’R LOOKING FOR:

You might already be serving in Youth Ministry, leading a youth group, volunteering at church or working with young people in another setting.

What matters to us is that you have:

- A strong personal faith in Jesus and a sound understanding of the Bible.
- Relevant ministry qualifications or willingness to pursue




- Experience working with teenagers and building authentic relationships in church community.
- Confidence to lead, communicate and connect with young people.
- The ability to work well with volunteers, families and the wider church team.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to take initiative.
- Relevant ministry qualifications or a willingness to pursue them.
- A current or obtainable Blue Card, Safer Churches training and First Aid certificate.
