TQN Care is seeking a Disability Support Worker (Male) to support one young man on the Northern Beaches, NSW. You will work in a small, fixed team with a BSP, assisting with community access, outings, meals, and personal care while staying calm and de-escalating when needed.

The role offers a permanent part time roster of 25 hours per week, a base SCHADS level 3 rate of 40.49/hr plus penalties, paid induction, a work vehicle, and an on-call team lead.
