The Royal Hotel Paddington, part of Public House Management Group (PHMG), is seeking an experienced Chef to join our high-volume kitchen team in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. You will assist with kitchen management, menu planning and recipe ideas while leading and training junior staff to deliver consistent pub fare and on-trend dishes.

We require trade qualifications and 2–3 years of chef experience in similar venues, with strong HACCP knowledge and a passion for fresh produce and excellent service.
