Minecon Recruitment is seeking experienced Dump Truck & Dozer Operators to join a well-established civil contractor delivering civil earthworks on a mine site in Queensland’s Bowen Basin.

Operating a CAT 785 dump truck or Dozer D10 & D11 you’ll support the site’s civil works programme, working closely with the earthworks crew to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

These positions offer a 7 days on, 7 days off roster with day shifts only, plus camp accommodation and meals provided. The work is focused on civil earthworks rather than production mining.

About the role:





Safely and efficiently operate a CAT 785 dump truck or Dozer D10/11

Haul material to support civil earthworks

Complete pre-start inspections and report faults

Follow site traffic management plans and radio communication procedures

Maintain high standards of safety and equipment care

Role requirements:

Proven experience operating large rigid dump trucks or dozers, ideally CAT 785, D10/11 or similar

Relevant RII qualification or equivalent

Standard 11 Generic Induction

Current Coal Board Medical

Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screen

Strong commitment to safe operating practices
