Tony White Group is seeking an IT Support Team Leader to drive Level 1/2 IT support across our multi-site dealership and corporate network in Australia. You will mentor the Service Desk and End User Computing teams while staying hands-on with technology to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
You'll partner with the Group IT Operations Manager to manage workloads, monitor SLAs, contribute to security and project initiatives, and help automate processes.
