About the role
Are you feeling burnt out and looking for a fresh new start?
We’re a provider who genuinely cares for our staff and listens to them. We care just as much about our services and families as you do and we make it a priority to know every child by name, along with their interests and preferences.
We’re looking for warm, caring, dedicated educators who are genuinely passionate about early childhood education and care. We know how much pressure the sector is under at the moment, so we work hard to make sure every educator on our team works in a safe, supportive and positive environment. We’re building a professional, enthusiastic team for our new service opening in January 2027 and for our existing services. Everyone on our team shares one passion: Making a meaningful difference in every child’s day, through both the big moments and the little things that matter most. You'll even get to enjoy exciting excursions alongside the children, with examples such as Disney On Ice, Sydney museums, arcades, The Easter Show, child friendly world class exhibitions, the Walk to the top of the Harbour Bridge Pylon and so much more!
