My Client:

We are working with a well-established, family-run residential builder who is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team in the Wide Bay area, overseeing a selection of investment homes.

This is a business with a fantastic reputation for looking after their people, offering a down-to-earth culture, supportive management and a strong pipeline of work.

I've personally placed multiple Site Supervisors with this builder and have seen firsthand how well they look after their team. It's a great opportunity to join a business where Supervisors are genuinely valued and supported.

What's on Offer:

- Salary of $130K + Super + Company Vehicle
- Manage a selection of residential investment builds across the Wide Bay region
- No client contact, allowing you to focus on delivering quality homes
- Excellent team culture within a family-run business
- Supportive, approachable management who genuinely look after their Supervisors
- Strong pipeline of work offering long-term stability

The Role:

As Site Supervisor,

you'll be responsible for managing multiple investment homes from commencement through to completion and handover.

You'll coordinate trades and subcontractors, manage construction schedules, oversee quality and safety, and ensure homes are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

With no direct client interaction, you'll have the opportunity to focus on running your sites, building robust trade relationships and delivering quality homes.

What We're Looking For:

- Ideally previous experience supervising residential homes in QLD
- Current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's Licence preferred
- Experience managing multiple builds in a volume environment highly regarded
- Strong understanding of residential construction, quality and site safety
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to build strong trade relationships
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a genuine commitment to quality
