The Good Guys in Queensland is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to help families live better for less by delivering outstanding service and store support. You will contribute to a sales-focused culture, handle transactions, assist customers, and maintain store presentation.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you’ll work across store operations, multi-channel fulfilment, and promotions while developing product knowledge and customer relationships in a friendly, inclusive setting.
