About the Role:

We are seekingexperienced High Voltage Electriciansto join our Maintenance Team at Goonyella. In this position you willbe required to perform the servicing, repair and maintenance of High Voltage mining equipment, including but not limited to Komatsu, Cat & Liebherr Electric Drive systems.

About You:

- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate/QLD Electrical License (essential)
- Experience working on a coal mine in QLD (essential)
- Experience with computerised maintenance management systems including SAP desirable
- Previous experience in servicing and maintenance of mining mobile plant and equipment desirable
- Experience in Cat, Hitachi, Komatsu or Liebherr excavators and Caterpillar trucks (highly desirable)
- Safety focused with a high attention to detail to abide by site safety processes

As a BUMA employee at Goonyella you will have access to;

7/7 roster, working hours are 12hr 20mins for the first 6 shifts and 10hrs on the 7th shift to assist employees in traveling home within fatigue hours

Located in the Bowen Basin of Central Queensland, BMA's Goonyella Mine is one of Queensland's largest coal mines. It is situated approximately 30 kilometres from the town of Moranbah.

BUMA Australia provide labour, supervision, technical support and mobile plant to perform truck and excavator pre-strip operations.
