Waminda is seeking a compassionate Aftercare Support Worker to join our Social and Emotional Wellbeing team. This part-time role supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people after suicide-related crises or bereavement in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions.

You will work with SEWB Practitioners and other professionals to provide trauma-informed, culturally protected aftercare, coordinating care, and facilitating connections to services while maintaining client records and reporting
