/n Melbourne or Canberra | 12-Month Initial Contract | 5-Year Program Potential | NV2 / TSPV Clearance Required /n Join a major long-term Defence program delivering secure, enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. /n We are seeking hands-on ServiceNow Developers through to Technical Architects who can work independently, contribute from day one and deliver high-quality technical solutions within a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
/n /n
- Design, develop, configure and enhance ServiceNow applications, modules and workflows. /n
- Develop JavaScript-based solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies and UI Actions. /n
- Build workflows and automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub. /n
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. /n
- Configure and support ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and custom ServiceNow applications. /n
- Manage deployments, update sets, release processes and automated testing using ATF. /n
- Implement secure development practices, including role-based access controls (RBAC) and ACLs. /n
- Produce technical documentation and collaborate with architects, developers, testers and stakeholders in an Agile workplace. /n Essential Skills & Experience/n /n
- Minimum 2 years' hands-on ServiceNow development experience. /n
- Strong JavaScript development skills and experience with ServiceNow Glide APIs. /n
- Proven experience configuring and customising ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM or custom applications. /n
- Experience developing integrations, workflows and platform automation. /n
- Sound understanding of ServiceNow administration, security and deployment processes. /n




- Ability to work autonomously, troubleshoot complex issues and deliver with minimal supervision. /n
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills. /n Highly Desirable/n /n
- ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certifications, with additional CIS certifications advantageous. /n
- Previous experience in Defence, national security or Australian Federal Government environments. /n
- Experience delivering solutions within secure or classified environments. /n
- Technical architecture, solution design or enterprise ServiceNow implementation experience. /n Mandatory Security Clearance Requirements/n /n
- Current or recently held NV2 or TSPV security clearance (within the last 12–24 months). /n
- OSA (Organisational Suitability Assessment) requirements apply, with current or recently held OSA preferred and willingness to undergo assessment as required. /n
- Melbourne-based candidates must hold TSPV clearance. /n
- Canberra-based candidates may hold NV2 or TSPV clearance. /n Contract & Location/n /n
- Contract: Initial 12 months, with long-term opportunities across a 5-year program. /n
- Locations: Melbourne or Canberra. /n
- Working arrangement: Onsite, with periodic Canberra travel required for Melbourne-based resources. /n
