- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction. /n
- A solid Contract Administration background, with sound commercial and financial management skills. /n




- Experience delivering commercial projects valued at $10M+. /n
- Ideally, exposure to education, government or community projects. /n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management or a related discipline. /n
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive programme, budget, quality and safety outcomes. /n
- Confidence managing clients, consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders. /n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to lead a team and deliver results. /n Your Role You'll take ownership of the project from start to finish, with responsibility for:/n /n /n
- Managing the full project lifecycle, from planning through to handover. /n
- Driving programme, budget, quality and safety performance. /n
- Overseeing contracts, variations, procurement and subcontractor management. /n
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders. /n
- Identifying risks early and implementing practical solutions. /n
- Leading and motivating the project team to deliver a successful outcome. /n Interested?
