We are seeking an exceptional healthcare leader to join our executive leadership team as State Manager - Care at Home (QLD/NSW). Reporting to the National Director, Operations, this permanent full-time role can be based in Brisbane or Sydney and is responsible for leading a diverse and growing portfolio of home-based, virtual care and hospital substitution services.

This is a rare opportunity to influence healthcare delivery at scale.

Leading a significant and expanding service portfolio, you will drive operational excellence, service growth and strategic partnerships while contributing to the future direction of Care at Home services nationally. Working closely with executive stakeholders, clinicians, hospitals, private health insurers and government agencies, you will identify new opportunities, champion cutting-edge models of care and expand access to services that improve patient outcomes, experience and accessibility.

What You'll Do

- Lead the delivery, growth and optimisation of Care at Home services across Queensland

- Provide strategic and operational leadership across multidisciplinary clinical and operational teams

- Drive sustainable growth initiatives and identify opportunities to expand services and market presence

- Partner with hospitals, health services, specialists, private health insurers and funding partners to strengthen referral pathways and service integration
