As our Senior Stylist / Second-in-Charge (2IC), you'll be a key part of our salon leadership, helping guide the team, keep daily operations running smoothly and maintain the high standards our clients know and love. This is an exciting chance for someone who wants more than just a column of clients.

Key responsibilities

- Creating beautiful hair and delivering exceptional client experiences
- Running the salon floor and keeping appointments flowing smoothly
- Mentoring, supporting and educating our stylists and apprentices
- Helping onboard and train new team members
- Managing client enquiries and confidently resolving complaints
- Overseeing colour stock, ordering and inventory
- Keeping Fresha, bookings and salon systems organised and accurate
- Improving salon systems, processes and checklists
- Leading by example and keeping our salon standards high

- An experienced stylist with strong colouring, cutting and styling skills
