Nextt is inviting compassionate Disability Support Workers to provide in-home support in West Pymble, NSW. You will help participants maintain daily routines and independence in a respectful, person-centred manner.

Shifts are early morning across a fortnightly roster, with rates including base, afternoon, night, and weekend/holiday premiums. A valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and relevant experience are required.
