About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Civil & Mechanical Supervisor to join the team commencing ASAP. You will have experience supervising teams of mechanical fitters, polywelders, pipefitters and civil crews across major water infrastructure projects throughout WA.

Working as part of an experienced project team, you will supervise the delivery of mechanical installation and associated civil construction works, ensuring activities are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

This role is DIDO initially Monday to Friday on a water pump station upgrade project in Bunbury, LAFHA will be paid daily for this role.

This is a permanent chance with an established contractor, offering long-term career security and the opportunity to transition onto future FIFO, DIDO or regional WA projects upon completion.

Key responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day mechanical fitters, HDPE pipefitters, polywelders and associated civil construction activities on site.
- Lead, coordinate and support site-based trades, labour and subcontractors.
- Plan daily work fronts, allocate resources and monitor project progress.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with company and site procedures.




- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and the wider project team to deliver project milestones.
- Ensure works are completed to the required quality standards and project specifications.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues to keep works progressing efficiently.
- Mentor and support site personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Be flexible to work on a variety of projects which can consist of Residential projects, and FIFO or DIDO

About you, as a minimum:

- Previous experience supervising mechanical and civil construction projects ideally within water pump stations, dams, desal plants and major Watercorp projects.
- Strong background delivering industrial, utilities, mining or infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to lead crews and subcontractors while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Must be flexible as you will be expected to cover FIFO/DIDO projects and residential projects, uplifts & LAHFA will be paid for DIDO/FIFO projects
